It is a document written by a group of persons with a great interest for peace; it is addressed to anyone who has the sensibility for human values and who will also be willing to work for them.

It consists of an introduction, 10 questions, a conclusion-summary and a postscript. The Letter points out some principles over which a solid and durable peace can be based.
